Description
This role is an important member of the Product Protection team where you will be performing customer service on extended service contract originations, transfers, cancellations and maintain appropriate controls per company policy to ensure data integrity. We are looking for a candidate that is professional, personable, a good conversationalist, and possess strong relationship and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi task.
• Take multiple phone calls each day during business hours with excellent customer service and product/account knowledge.
• Execute data entry of extended service contract originations, transfers and cancellations, payment adjustments and maintain appropriate controls per company policy to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain contract files.
• Monitor multiple email accounts and respond promptly with excellent communication.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with dealers.
• Create and maintain appropriate records for new and existing dealer accounts.
• Reconcile individual contract cost and revenue to cash received. Record and resolve exceptions with a strong understanding of the product to identify discrepancies.
• Format, upload, process and manage a single monthly OEM account file for bulk processing, and invoice OEM.
• Be critically aware of the Company's customer service objectives.
• Send/receive marketing materials and record inventory.
• Maintain appropriate control over held transfers and follow-ups.
• Achieve timely completion of monthly mailings for transfers, OEMs, and general confirmations.
• Set up template accounts, processing, verifying, and recording ACH Payments according to procedures.
• Identify positive pay files by confirming dollar amount, check number, and account number match the check issue.
• Prepare claims, overpayments, cancellations, and commission checks accurately and maintain supporting documentation on a weekly basis and upload positive pay files to bank.
• Assist team members in maintaining dual control.
Skills & Qualifications
Must Haves:
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Microsoft Office Suite work experience
- Data Entry/Order Entry
Nice Haves:
- Expert ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Adobe, Microsoft Word and Excel is also a plus.
- Applicant must have the ability to process warranty transactions repeatedly in an accurate and ethical manner.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
