Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and efficiency Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics Maintain and update customer databases with accuracy Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-moving environment Ensure strong follow-through on customer requests and inquiries Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Engage with customers to promote our products/services positively Assist with promotional and company sponsored events
