Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)Field customer calls and emails, providing product and service information.Process orders, RMAs, and other credits accurately.Address and resolve customer concerns professionally.Complete finished goods forms and prepare production folders.Maintain and update revision change forms and annual price increases.Invoice customers for tariffs on a monthly basis.Review and analyze production and sales overview reports.Send and maintain customer satisfaction surveys.Run daily production, shipping, and purchasing reports.Close job orders on a weekly basis.Serve as a backup for shipping, receiving, and purchasing tasks.Update raw material descriptions and scan obsolete documents for digital storage.Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience in a Manufacturing environment.Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work independently.Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.Professional and courteous communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with order processing systems is a plus.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
