As a Customer Service Representative, you will
Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member. Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner. Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate Perform all other duties as assigned
Additional Job Duties
Obligated to keep confidential any information pertaining to customers and competitors Responsible for the appearance and serviceability of the Showroom, Waiting Room, Shop, Company Trucks, and Restroom/s. Order, Pick Up, Check In, and Inventory all supplies and freight for all services provided; ensuring all product is clean and undamaged. Maintains accurate filing system for customer orders, quotes, specialty products, voids, returns, and all other necessary files pertaining to the individual branch location. Provide training for current and/or new employee. Driving company or customer vehicles may be required. All other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager and/or direct supervisor.
Requirements
1 to 2 years previous clerical and/or customer service experience Excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license Professional phone voice, demeanor and listening skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Superior customer relation skills Demonstrated POS and MS Office proficiency Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Ability to use and learn computer-based inventory control systems
