Customer Service Representative
Description We are in the process of expanding our team within the Printing/Publishing industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing high-level customer service support by directly interacting with customers via email and live chat. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Serve customers by managing digital support queue in our systems, focusing on digital subscriptions and products. • Assist in accurately processing and entering customer data and orders. • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot, and resolve their issues, escalating when necessary. • Provide support to other team members on matters related to digital subscriptions and products. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary. • Identify and escalate trending issues for further investigation and resolution. • Maintain a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative tasks. • Coordinate and schedule appointments as per customer requirements. • Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Keep an organized record of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach. • Demonstrated experience in call center customer service, handling customer queries and complaints efficiently. • Strong customer service skills with a knack for providing prompt, courteous, and accurate information to customers. • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent written communication skills for effective email correspondence. • Experience in making and managing both inbound and outbound calls. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and document creation. • Familiarity with order entry procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders. • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, taking into account the availability and preferences of all parties involved.
