Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications • Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information • Drive lead generation by following up on sales leads in a CRM system • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate customer credit records • Schedule appointments for potential customers seeking further information on services • Conduct inbound and outbound calls, with an emphasis on warm calling rather than cold calling • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks and correspondence • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary • Handle email correspondence professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
