Description We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry based in Lombard, Illinois. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and providing excellent customer service. This is a contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their inquiries • Utilize excellent communication skills to de-escalate upset customers and provide satisfactory solutions • Ensure all customer interactions are recorded and updated in the customer database • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Understand and explain the process and implications of receiving a warning or a ticket to customers • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries • Continually strive to improve customer service skills and product knowledge. The salary range for this position is $16 to $18. Benefits available to contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
