Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative for an event one Saturday in March in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States. In this role, you will primarily be tasked with responding to inbound calls, managing data entries, and assisting with registration processes. Requirements • Applicants must possess strong customer service skills, as the role involves constant interaction with customers. • Proficiency in data entry is a necessity as it forms an integral part of the job responsibilities. • Familiarity with the registration process is required, as the job involves assisting customers in this regard. • The ability to effectively answer inquiries from customers is a critical skill for this role. • While no specific years of experience are required, any previous experience in a similar role will be beneficial. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. • Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly is required. • Candidates should possess a problem-solving mindset to effectively resolve customer issues. • A high level of patience and understanding is required to deal with customer complaints and queries. • Knowledge of basic computer operations is required. • Candidates must be available to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the company's requirements.
