Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling client and provider communication, maintaining reports, and managing inquiries. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls, promptly returning any missed calls • Efficiently manage email correspondence with clients, providers, and internal departments • Conduct reviews of provider history in MedCheck, Scheck and SalesCloud • Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to provide clear and accurate responses to inquiries • Proactively contact providers to discuss findings as necessary • Maintain and update reports and spreadsheets as required • Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance • Utilize Microsoft applications for data entry and other tasks • Apply knowledge of medical terminology and coding in day-to-day operations • Perform additional duties as assigned by the management. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrable skills in call center customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry. • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for assisting others. • High proficiency in data entry, with strong attention to detail. • Familiarity with email correspondence and ability to communicate effectively through written mediums. • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with ability to create and manage spreadsheets and documents. • Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, coordinating between multiple parties. • Knowledge of medical billing, with ability to understand and explain billing information to customers.
