Description We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the aviation industry, based in Concord, Massachusetts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting current and prospective aviation students with their financial aid processes and inquiries. This role involves direct communication with students, both in person and via phone and email, providing essential support for their educational journey.
Responsibilities
• Handle and resolve student inquiries and concerns related to financial aid.
• Ensure effective and timely communication with students, including email correspondence and answering inbound calls.
• Assist in setting up iPads for students and guiding them through the process.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and order entry tasks.
• Work collaboratively with a team of representatives in other locations to ensure seamless customer service.
• Manage a high volume of work and multitask effectively.
• Participate in orientation and graduation activities to provide support and guidance to students.
• Direct students to relevant departments as needed, ensuring a smooth navigation of the services.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with current students to ensure their financial aid affairs are up to date.
• Maintain and update student records regularly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, providing an engaging and dynamic work environment where you can make a real impact. Requirements • Minimum one year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling call center customer service tasks.
• Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
• Ability to efficiently perform data entry tasks.
• Experience in managing email correspondence effectively.
• Skilled in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required.
• Experience in order entry processes is necessary.
