Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in New York. The position is primarily onsite and involves interacting with tenants, managing inbound communication, and maintaining detailed records. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls and emails in a detail oriented and timely manner • Use Microsoft Excel to track customer interactions and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date • Provide exceptional customer service, answering tenant queries and resolving issues efficiently • Utilize Yardi software for various tasks, where experience is beneficial but not mandatory • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the real estate industry to better serve our customers • Serve as a reliable point of contact for all customer-related inquiries • Schedule appointments as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations • Use Microsoft Word for documentation and correspondence purposes • Perform order entry tasks with precision and accuracy • Balance both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating strong communication skills. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Real Estate & Property industry. • Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling inbound/outbound calls professionally. • Previous experience in a call center, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and efficiency. • Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients. • Familiarity with order entry processes, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in scheduling appointments, prioritizing according to urgency and importance. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for managing and processing information. • Experience with Yardi software is a desirable trait. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
