Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers in the banking industry. This role is predominantly remote, with the exception of on-site duties on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our operations run around the clock, and we offer flexible schedules. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Interested candidates must be open to work non-traditional business hours to include evening work and possibly weekends. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle customer inquiries related to their electronic banking matters. • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally. • Deliver top-notch customer service, addressing and resolving concerns. • Accurately process data entry tasks and maintain customer records. • Coordinate email correspondence with customers to address their banking questions. • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks. • Handle order entries accurately and in a timely manner. • Schedule appointments as required, demonstrating strong organizational skills. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status.
