Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist consumers and personal assistants with PPL transfers. In this role, you will promptly and pleasantly answer incoming calls, respond to missed calls and emails in a timely manner, and ensure all paperwork is current. You will follow established processes to communicate issues immediately and work with all departments to accommodate specific needs and appointments. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all consumer interactions, assessments, and follow-up actions is essential for ensuring compliance and accountability.

ResponsibilitiesAssist consumers and personal assistants with PPL transfers.Answer incoming calls promptly and pleasantly.Respond to missed calls and emails in a timely manner.Ensure all paperwork is current.Follow established processes to communicate issues immediately.Work with all departments to accommodate specific needs and appointments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all consumer interactions, assessments, and follow-up actions.Essential SkillsInbound and outbound call handling experience.Customer service expertise.Proficiency in Korean or Cantonese (bilingual).2+ years of call center customer service experience.Experience placing outbound calls and taking documented notes in the system.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual proficiency in Korean or Cantonese.Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The dress code is business casual. The role is based in a cubicle setting within a busy office environment that can be loud at times. The office hosts roughly 20 people, all of whom work in cubicles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
