Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Manufacturing industry, based in Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with handling customer inquiries and calls, maintaining detailed records, and providing support for various customer transactions. Responsibilities: • Efficiently answer inbound calls with a detail-oriented demeanor and clear communication. • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to photo enforcement programs. • Update the system daily with detailed comments regarding calls. • Promptly alert Team Lead of any escalated issues that arise. • Assist customers with credit card transactions for violation payments. • Regularly check work email and other company communication channels. • Enter order details accurately into the system. • Schedule appointments as necessary. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner. • Prior experience in a call center customer service role is required. • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. • Proficient in data entry with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to manage email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner. • Experience in making inbound and outbound calls in a service-oriented environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential. • Experience in order entry in a manufacturing environment. • Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
