Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in a sector, based in a location. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a detail oriented and efficient manner • Accurately enter customer data and order entries • Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and effective manner • Maintain and update customer service software with accurate customer information • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service • Utilize software tools for various administrative tasks • Coordinate and schedule appointments as required • Monitor and follow up on customer accounts and actions • Assist customers with any additional needs or requests • Ensure all customer communications, including email correspondence, are handled promptly and with attention to detail. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a government setting • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, including managing and resolving customer queries • Experience with data entry tasks and order entry management • Proficiency in email correspondence, with an emphasis on detail oriented communication and response time management • Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel • Experience in using customer service software for tracking, prioritizing, and resolving customer issues • Experience working in a call center environment, managing high volume of calls effectively • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately • Familiarity with government policies and procedures, and ability to communicate them effectively to customers.
