Description We are in the financial services sector, located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, and we're currently on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves a significant amount of customer interaction and data entry tasks. It offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound customer calls and provide excellent customer service • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions • Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer data in the system • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required • Ensure effective communication through email correspondence • Manage both inbound and outbound calls to maintain customer satisfaction • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data organization and correspondence • Enter customer orders into the system accurately and promptly • Schedule appointments as per customer requests or business requirements. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry. • Proven ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally. • Previous experience in a call center environment is highly desirable. • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues. • Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Experience in email correspondence, with the ability to write clear and concise messages. • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Experience in order entry, with a focus on accuracy and speed. • Ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars and coordinating schedules.
