Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Spanish- Bilingual Customer Service Representative in our Manufacturing sector located in Lombard, Illinois. In this role, you will play a key part in providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are resolved and their accounts are carefully monitored. Responsibilities: • Respond to incoming calls with professionalism, maintaining a courteous tone and clear communication. • Conduct detailed investigations into customer queries related to photo enforcement programs. • Keep our RedCheck system updated with comprehensive call comments on a daily basis. • Report escalated issues promptly to the Team Lead. • Assist customers in conducting credit card transactions for violation payments. • Regularly check work emails and stay updated with company communications. • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead. • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order entry tasks. • Balance both inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Schedule appointments as necessary. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage customer queries and concerns. • Prior experience in call center customer service, showcasing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing prompt and efficient solutions to customers. • Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent skills in email correspondence, capable of maintaining detail oriented communication with customers. • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, displaying the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and reports. • Experience with Microsoft Word, showcasing the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently. • Proven experience in order entry, demonstrating the ability to accurately process customer orders. • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring that all meetings and calls are well-coordinated. + must be Spanish Bilingual The salary range for this position is $18.75 to $18.75.
