Job Description:Join a customer-focused organization as a Customer Service Representative, where you will play a key role in managing customer communications, processing sales orders, and supporting account management efforts. This position offers a great opportunity to develop technical knowledge and contribute to a team committed to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax professionally.Generate and follow up on online quotes.Process sales orders and provide timely delivery updates.Expedite orders to align with customer requirements.Accurately set up new products, including listings, costs, and pricing classifications.Collaborate with the outside sales team to support account profitability.Participate in product training sessions with vendors and internal specialists.Develop a foundational technical understanding of key vendors and products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer support role.Familiarity with Fluid Power/Automation is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
