Description Robert Half is looking for a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will be the primary contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries and scheduling appointments. Your responsibilities will also include data entry tasks and providing administrative support. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The hours for the Customer Service Representative are Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm with a 1 hour lunch break. You must also be available to work one weekend per month. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: • Offering first-line customer service support, including managing inbound and outbound calls and addressing customer concerns. • Keeping comprehensive and current customer records. • Scheduling appointments and updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets as necessary. • Using Microsoft 365 and other general business computer applications for various tasks. • Helping with inbound coverage during assigned lunch hours. • Be available for a rotating weekend shift once per month, either on Saturday or Sunday.
