Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our establishment, handling customer interactions through various channels. This role will last at least four to six weeks, possibly longer. You will be answering inquiries from the public, maintaining customer records, and processing their requests. You will train on site for the first few weeks then you may have the flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities: • Manage incoming calls from the public, providing informative and timely responses • Ensure all customer interactions, whether through phone or email, are handled professionally and promptly • Maintain and update customer records in a precise manner • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to input and manage customer data • Assist in order entry and appointment scheduling tasks • Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively • Provide top-tier customer service at all times • Multitask between various tasks, including data entry and email correspondence, to ensure efficient operations. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively. • Previous experience in a call center customer service role is essential. • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. • High competency in data entry tasks. • Strong ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Experience in order entry is a must. • Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
