Customer Service Representative

Description
-Will sit at the slab will-call desk helping walk in customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions via email/fax for tile customers.
-Will also handle data entry for tile orders - using internal system and Excel
-Work closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel
-Serve as a direct contact for their customers by providing sales support person to person, over the phone and by other means
-Provide customers with the best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service
Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVE
-Face to face customer service experience, can be retail or admin
-HS diploma or GED
-Computer skills: basic excel, entering into existing spreadsheets
-1 of the openings needs to be Bilingual in Spanish and English
NICE TO HAVE:
-Prior work experience working with tile or construction material
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
