Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in Newport Beach, California for an experienced Customer Service Representative. As an integral part of the team, you will handle a variety of tasks ranging from managing customer accounts to resolving inquiries. This role requires a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of working from home and onsite. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses • Keep track of customer accounts and take the necessary action when required • Ensure all business transactions are processed accurately across multiple systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce • Monitor and manage the Consumer Loyalty Program • Update and maintain customer accounts regularly • Assist in the placement of orders and keep track of their status • Work on special projects as directed by management • Gather and document important customer information • Handle promotional and training product-related tasks.
