Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and thrives in a fast-paced and solution-oriented environment. As a key point of contact between our clients and the company, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver consistent support to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries, delivering timely and accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
+ Problem Resolution: Identify, research, and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally, escalating complex issues as needed.
+ Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to guide customers effectively and increase resolution rates.
+ Order Management: Assist with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring a seamless process for customers.
+ Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and technical support, to provide end-to-end solutions for customers.
+ Customer Feedback: Gather and report on customer feedback to help improve processes, products, or services.
Requirements
+ Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field preferred
+ Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving. Proficiency with customer service tools and CRM software is a plus.
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a bonus.
+ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and CRM tools.
+ Disposition: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
