Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As part of our team, your role will be primarily focused on addressing customer inquiries and providing information through inbound calls. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, with the flexibility of working onsite or remotely after the initial training period. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming customer calls efficiently • Provide prompt and accurate information to customers • Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns • Utilize superior customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction • Research and retain crucial information to aid in customer service • Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions • Process applications for customer credit • Maintain an up-to-date record of customer credit. Requirements • Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service is required. • Strong skills in general Customer Service are essential. • Demonstrated ability to deliver Superior Customer Service is necessary.
