Customer Service Representative
Description We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be interacting with customers who are on the housing waitlist or who are looking to apply for the waitlist. You will be based in Washington, District of Columbia. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Address customer inquiries related to the housing waitlist. • Gather physical documents from customers as part of the application process. • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry tasks. • Keep customer records up-to-date by entering new information into our company database. • Ensure all collected documents are scanned and filed correctly. • Perform various clerical and administrative duties as required. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries promptly and effectively. • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with the ability to build strong client relationships. • Proficiency in data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, report generation, and other relevant tasks. • Skilled in using Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
