Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Retail industry located in Secaucus, New Jersey. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with managing customer inquiries effectively, maintaining an up-to-date customer records database, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide customers with information regarding the repair process, including issuing repair estimates.
• Update and maintain customer records using the computerized database, specifically the SAP system.
• Manage the inventory of parts and oversee their replenishment.
• Collaborate with relevant parties or department heads to resolve issues and problems.
• Conduct thorough research on timepieces and parts within the SAP system.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up processes.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of customer inquiries through both oral and written communication.
• Monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action if needed.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service.
Requirements • Proven experience in a retail setting.
• Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Demonstrable skills in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in a call center customer service role is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise software is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints diplomatically.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
