Description We are expanding our team in Hollister, California, and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join us on-site. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have an exceptional customer service experience. Your main duties will include welcoming guests, scheduling and managing appointments, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Welcome guests upon their arrival at our premises and guide them to the appropriate sales representative • Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients • Manage administrative tasks such as contacting food truck companies and gathering quotes • Ensure snacks and bottled water are available for guests • Record customer interactions through Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook • Maintain a detail-oriented appearance in line with our dress code, which includes wearing a neat shirt, slacks, and closed-toe shoes • Show adaptability and flexibility in various situations • Enjoy interacting with the public and consistently provide excellent customer service • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently • Keep accurate records of customer credit. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of handling customer inquiries and issues. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work well in a team environment. • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • High level of professionalism and strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. • Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. • Willingness to continually learn and improve customer service skills. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
