Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative provides customer service support, completes general office duties, which include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for all aspects of order processingOrder input, monitoring, and expediting Customer configurations provided by customers and representativesCustomer support/inquiriesAssist with customer complaintsGeneral knowledge of company product and servicesEstablishing new accountsManagement of customer accountsDevelop and maintain customer relationshipsProduct availabilityQuote requestsSpecial shipping requestsOrganizing dataCoordinate communication with Hamilton personnel and customers to provide informationParticipate in meetingsGenerate reports as neededGeneral Office DutiesPhone callsEmail communicationBacking up team members.Other duties as assigned.  Qualifications Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to listen to customer’s needsWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs.Capable of working with multiple systems in tandem.Ability to work quickly and prioritize under pressure to meet expected time frames.Strong time management, accuracy, organization, and an eye for detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with the Customer Service team, other internal departments, field staff, and customers Education/Experience High school diploma or GED required. Some college or degree preferred.One year experience in customer service with order processing or data entry required.Two to five years of experience preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment/ inventory control a plus.
