CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Customer Service Representative position.
**$19/hr.**
**Onsite** **Shift:** Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm, 30 min unpaid lunch, flexible as 4 hours are needed on Saturdays
Hours are flexible, and you won't need to work every Saturday

**Description:**
The Customer Service Representative assists customers with pre/post-sale questions, basic installations, and problem resolutions via calls, emails, and web chats. They guide and assist customers, follow guidelines, manage time effectively, and ensure timely follow-ups.
**Ideal Candidate:** The ideal candidate works independently with integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. They have customer service experience, especially in order entry and email communication, and can self-manage while interacting with various departments. They collaborate closely with Warehouse, Product Development, Purchasing, Brand Experience, Marketing, and senior management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **One Touch Resolutions** : Ensure all customers are assisted in the fewest interactions possible.
+ **Satisfaction Survey** : Meet satisfaction survey goals with managers.
+ **Phone Calls** : Answer and assist with customer calls.
+ **Emails** : Respond to customer emails within 24 hours.
+ **Warranty Orders** : Resolve warranty issues efficiently.
+ **Return Merchandise Authorization** : Create RMAs for returns within 1-90 days.
+ **Capture Sales** : Capture inbound sales when appropriate.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years' relevant experience preferred.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
+ Quickly identify critical issues and manage priorities.
+ Well organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time-management skills.
+ High level of integrity and professionalism.
+ Ability to lead and empower teams.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Teams and Outlook.
+ Handle a fast-paced call center environment.
+ Understand or learn Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and Calabrio programs.
+ Flexible and adaptable, able to multi-task.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
