Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Training & Development industry, based in New York. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with various responsibilities that include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and managing data entry tasks. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle inbound calls, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved • Provide exceptional customer service in line with company standards and protocols • Accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain and update customer credit records regularly • Manage data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurately recorded • Handle email correspondence with customers effectively and professionally • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize data • Ensure accurate order entry in the company's system • Schedule appointments as required, prioritizing customer needs and preferences. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. • Prior experience in a call center customer service role is essential. • Strong proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently. • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls in a business setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required. • Proven experience in order entry, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency. • Ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meetings as required. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
