CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

A growing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a full-time temporary to permanent position in Pembroke, MA.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
-Assist customers and vendors with general technical support inquires through multiple medias escalating issues as needed
-Resolve and discrepancies found after comparing new purchase orders against quotations
-Perform data entry of orders into QuickBooks
-Follow standard operating procedures
-Work closely with sales, production and other departments
-Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers through multiple medias including email and over the phone
-Complete other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Customer Service Representative:
-Associated Degree in Business, finance, or related field
-Previous experience in a customer service or sale support role
-Past experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite; QuickBooks And Salesforce experience a plus
-Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Great attention to detail and analytical skills
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $26.00-$30.00/hr based on experience
