Customer Service Representative
Job Description

DUTIES

Process and acknowledge all incoming sales orders.Create sales order documentation such as labels, job travelers, packing lists, etc.Process and follow-up on all outgoing ordersPrepare documentation for customer shipments such as bill of ladings, airway bills, pro forma invoice, etc.Regularly prepare and submit all completed sales orders for invoicing.Filing and scanning.Answer phones as needed.Any other duties as requested.

Work Experience

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

PREFERRED SKILLS

At least one year in an office setting.At least one year using Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
