Temporary position$17.00 /hourPart Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 01:00pm)Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.Process new orders, payments, returns, exchanges, and order modifications accurately.Assist customers with billing concerns and provide product information.Prioritize and respond to customer emails based on urgency.Support order processing, printing, and expediting.Occasionally assist in the warehouse with order fulfillment, quality control, and shipping labels.Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning.Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.Experience handling high volumes of customer interactions via phone and email.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in navigating multiple online systems and data entry.Previous customer service or call center experience REQUIREDBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.Knowledge of plants is a plus, or willingness to learn about nursery stock.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
