Description We are in search of a meticulous Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team situated in OKC, Oklahoma, 73159, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of handling customer applications, maintaining comprehensive customer records, and addressing customer queries. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing customer accounts and initiating appropriate action. Responsibilities: • Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records • Utilize online resources to locate commercial property, associated municipal jurisdictions, and property information • Manage and preserve important documents associated with commercial properties • Establish positive relationships with municipal contacts and work proactively to meet client needs • Monitor requests to ensure timely processing and maintain accurate information in the database • Perform thorough research of online resources to obtain necessary documents and information • Coordinate mailings and manage email workload effectively • Contribute to managing team workload and receive feedback for performance improvement • Utilize the database to input information and notes, ensuring accuracy with all data and updating accordingly • Maintain accurate site cost transactions and notes This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Computer Research, capable of finding and interpreting relevant information efficiently. • Extensive experience in Call Center Customer Service, including managing high call volumes and providing excellent customer support. • Proficiency in Customer Service is mandatory, with the ability to handle customer complaints, process orders, and provide information about products and services. • Must be adept at Data Gathering, able to collect, analyze and interpret complex information accurately.
