Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Smithtown, New York. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a crucial component in our wholesale operation, interacting with customers via phone and email, and handling order entries efficiently. Responsibilities: • Handle customer queries and resolve them in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel to manage customer data • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary to provide excellent customer service • Execute data entry tasks promptly and accurately • Maintain a well-organized schedule for appointments • Ensure all email correspondences are addressed appropriately and promptly • Work in a team of customer service representatives to meet the goals of the operation • Monitor customer accounts and take action when necessary • Manage order entries with accuracy and efficiency • Assist in achieving monthly sales goals through exceptional customer service.
