Description We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Signal Hill, California, 90755, United States. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our Wholesale Distribution operations, focusing on providing top-tier customer service through various communication channels and maintaining accurate customer records. This is a contract to permanent opportunity that offers a chance to engage with a diverse range of tasks within the industry. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Accurately process customer orders and maintain detailed records. • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a detail oriented and efficient manner. • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks. • Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries. • Stay updated and knowledgeable about the products offered. • Take initiative in handling additional duties as needed to support the team. • Use a customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage customer interactions and records. • Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. • Ability to efficiently answer inbound calls. • Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment. • Strong customer service skills and ability to improve customer satisfaction. • Proficiency in data entry and managing customer information databases. • Capable of handling email correspondence professionally and promptly. • Experience in both inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on customer resolution. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and management. • Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and promptness. • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, balancing customer needs and company resources.
