Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Woodland Hills, California. This role falls within the industry, where you will be a crucial part of our team, directly contributing to our customer service efforts. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality • Process and review customer applications with precision and diligence • Proactively monitor and manage customer accounts, implementing appropriate actions when necessary • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring their accuracy and completeness • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills • Collaborate with the team to achieve call center objectives and improve customer service processes. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment. • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented manner. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach. • Knowledge of relevant computer applications, such as CRM systems and databases. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution will be a plus. • Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving the team's goals. • Willingness to work on shifts, during weekends, or on holidays if required. • Display patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and detail-oriented tone and manner. • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
