Customer Service Representative

This position will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing support and quick resolutions to inquiries. Key Responsibilities: + Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a friendly and positive experience. + Resolving customer complaints or issues by identifying problems, explaining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution. + Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company's systems. + Providing detailed information about products, services, and policies to customers. + Processing orders, forms, applications, or requests with efficiency and accuracy. + Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience. + Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommending improvements. Requirements + Experience: 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred. + Technology: Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Familiarity with customer communication tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar is advantageous. + Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. + Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. + Soft Skills: Empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude. + Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or certifications are a plus.
