Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a crucial part of our team, you will be tasked with a variety of duties related to customer service, maintaining customer records, and processing customer applications. Your role will also involve monitoring customer accounts and undertaking the necessary actions. Responsibilities • Efficiently process and handle customer applications • Maintain meticulous records of customer credit • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take the necessary steps based on the account status • Utilize your customer service skills to provide top-quality service to our clients • Adhere to healthcare regulations during customer interactions • Employ your knowledge of TRICARE and HealthCare.gov in assisting customers • Utilize video tools for meetings and customer interactions when necessary • Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams for efficient customer service delivery • Use R Code in relevant tasks and processes.
