Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Saint Charles, Missouri. As a Customer Service Representative, your main duty will be to handle both inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be tasked with managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. Responsibilities: • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to pending orders • Efficiently processing customer orders and ensuring accurate order entry • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily • Maintaining customer credit records accurately and efficiently • Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and email correspondence • Collaborating with the team to ensure excellent customer service • Scheduling appointments as required • Interacting with customers with tact and courtesy • Displaying a success driven and team-oriented attitude towards work • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions as necessary. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls, efficiently handling customer inquiries and complaints. • Proven ability in call center customer service, showcasing excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. • Exceptional customer service skills, with a dedication to providing excellent customer experiences. • Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of customer details and other relevant information. • Ability to manage email correspondence, responding to customer emails in a detail oriented and timely manner. • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, adept at balancing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, utilizing these tools to organize and manage customer data. • Experience in order entry, accurately processing customer orders and ensuring their timely fulfillment. • Ability to schedule appointments, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
