Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the waste, refuse and environmental waste management industry in Victor, New York, 14564, United States. The role is for a Customer Service Representative who will be integral in handling customer inquiries and maintaining customer records with efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities: • Responding to customer inquiries through inbound calls and email correspondence • Ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records • Providing exceptional customer service in all interactions • Managing inbound and outbound calls effectively • Using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for tasks as required • Processing orders and scheduling appointments when necessary • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Working in a call center environment and providing top-notch customer service. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating effective communication skills and prompt response times • Previous experience in a call center customer service role, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences • Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention • Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently, ensuring timely responses and resolution of queries • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining composure and professionalism in all interactions • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and manage documents • Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer requests • Ability to schedule appointments, managing and prioritizing multiple bookings effectively.
