Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is integral to our team, focused on managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent service at all times.
• Accurately process customer credit applications, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
• Monitor customer accounts regularly, identifying issues and taking prompt corrective action when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with the team, sharing knowledge and skills to enhance service delivery.
• Utilize video communication tools effectively for team interaction and customer service.
• Stay updated with healthcare industry regulations and standards, applying this knowledge in daily operations.
• Use R Code for data management and analysis, ensuring accurate and insightful reports.
• Collaborate with offshore teams when necessary, maintaining effective communication and coordination.
• Understand and apply TRICARE and NIS regulations in the handling of customer accounts. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, with the ability to handle complex customer queries and complaints.
• Proficiency in video conferencing tools, as the role may require remote customer interactions.
• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, as the role may involve assisting customers with healthcare-related queries.
• Basic understanding of R Code, as the job may require data analysis to understand customer behavior.
• Experience in offshore communication, demonstrating the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse cultures and time zones.
• Knowledge of TRICARE systems, since the role may involve assisting military personnel or their families.
