Description We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in North Chesterfield, Virginia. The individual will be part of a dynamic, rapidly evolving call center environment. Responsibilities: • Addressing customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner • Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and maintaining confidentiality of customer records and information • Receiving and initiating telephone calls as part of customer service responsibilities • Utilizing advanced Microsoft Office skills to maintain records and manage customer data • Demonstrating an ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information • Processing complex transactions and conducting extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries • Demonstrating an ability to interact effectively with both internal and external partners and clients • Actively solving problems by listening for customer cues and resolving issues with grace and integrity • Proving adept at learning quickly and efficiently, especially in tech-related tasks • Delivering personalized service based on individual customer needs.
