Description
We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in North Chesterfield, Virginia. The individual will be part of a dynamic, rapidly evolving call center environment.
Responsibilities:
• Addressing customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and maintaining confidentiality of customer records and information
• Receiving and initiating telephone calls as part of customer service responsibilities
• Utilizing advanced Microsoft Office skills to maintain records and manage customer data
• Demonstrating an ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Processing complex transactions and conducting extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Demonstrating an ability to interact effectively with both internal and external partners and clients
• Actively solving problems by listening for customer cues and resolving issues with grace and integrity
• Proving adept at learning quickly and efficiently, especially in tech-related tasks
• Delivering personalized service based on individual customer needs.
Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and dealing with customer inquiries
• Solid experience in a call center customer service environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues
• Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Experience in order entry, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, balancing team availability and customer needs
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service software TalentMatch®
