Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Grapevine, Texas 76051. The role involves a variety of tasks within the customer service and insurance claims industry. The Customer Service Representative is expected to manage both inbound and outbound communication with clients, review work submitted for claims, and follow-up on unresolved customer inquiries. This position would train onsite for 2 weeks in Grapevine, TX 76051 and transition to fully remote after successful completion of training.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in front-line communication with clients to collect necessary documents.
• Analyze and evaluate the compliance of submitted claims, forms, and photos.
• Handle customer inquiries that require additional follow-up to achieve resolution.
• Fulfill work orders through the timely and accurate evaluation of various data sources.
• Attend client meetings and conference calls to discuss findings.
• Participate in calibration sessions related to various products and service deliverables.
• Utilize strong data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records.
• Apply critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Show initiative in managing workload efficiently and represent the organization professionally.
Requirements • Position: Customer Service Representative
• No minimum years of experience required; however, prior experience in a similar role is considered a plus
• Proficiency in executing call center operations, including managing high volume inbound and outbound calls
• Knowledge of insurance claims handling, including processing and recording claim information
• Strong data entry skills, with the ability to input and manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution will be a plus
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and practices. TalentMatch®
