Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative- This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the customer service industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers, handling a wide variety of inquiries via phone, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Provide top-notch customer service through direct phone-based interactions with customers. • Handle and resolve diverse customer inquiries effectively and promptly. • Monitor customer accounts closely and take necessary actions when needed. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions. • Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. • Utilize skills such as offshore, TRICARE, and NIS in daily operations. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within a similar industry. • Proven ability to respond to customer inquiries and issues effectively and professionally. • Familiarity with offshore operations and the ability to adapt to different work cultures. • Knowledge of TRICARE health program, its benefits, and policies is desirable. • Experience with NIS (Network Information System) or similar software, demonstrating technical proficiency. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and empathetic responses. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Willingness to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required. • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution can be an added advantage. • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and/or relevant software.
