Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in Minneapolis, Minnesota for a Customer Service Representative. This role is crucial within the healthcare industry and involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining their records, and processing applications. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide solutions • Accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status • Provide support to customers navigating the HealthCare.gov platform • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure customer service standards are met • Utilize R Code in processing and analyzing customer data • Offer assistance to customers with TRICARE related issues • Utilize video tools for customer service interactions • Uphold NIS standards in all customer interactions Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients • Proficiency in using video conferencing tools, for virtual customer interactions • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, for assisting customers with healthcare related queries • Knowledge of R Code, for data analysis and reporting purposes • Experience with offshore customer service operations, demonstrating ability to handle global clients • Understanding of TRICARE systems, to assist military service members and their families • Proficiency in Network Information Service (NIS), for managing distributed data.
