Description We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team. Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the role will involve direct interaction with customers over the phone, resolving inquiries, and maintaining customer records in the industry. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Engage in direct phone-based conversations to address and rectify a broad spectrum of customer inquiries. • Utilize your skills in 'Customer Service', 'Answer', 'Offshore', 'TRICARE', 'NIS' to provide top-notch service to our customers. • Uphold a high level of customer service for members, customers, and providers. • Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. • Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary. • Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and complaints • Ability to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits • Excellent communication skills to answer customer queries effectively • Familiarity with Offshore operations and the ability to work in such settings • Knowledge of TRICARE systems and procedures • Understanding of NIS (Network and Information Systems) and its applicability in customer service • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • A customer-oriented approach is essential.
