Position Title: Transportation Customer Service
Department: Operations
Location: Greeley, CO
Reports to: Transportation Operations Manager
Position Overview: Dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who possess exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support within the organization and to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Coordinate transportation schedules and provide customers accurate updates regarding delivery timelines.Assist with tracking shipments, monitoring their progress, and proactively communicating any delays or changes.Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and logistic teams to ensure efficient service delivery.Handle customer complaints find effective solutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Solicit freight from the assigned geographical region and assigned customer base.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Provide support with documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with TMW and Omnitracs is preferred.Problem solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills.Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures is a plus.

Base salary range of $18 - $21 PER HOUR; andThis position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
