Description We are currently in need of a Customer Service Representative in the Real Estate & Property industry. The role will be based in Tustin, California, and will involve a hybrid work model with some days in the office and others remotely. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will mainly handle rental applications and ensure their accuracy. You will also be tasked with updating customer accounts and liaising with other departments to address various issues. Responsibilities: • Manage and accurately process electronic applications • Confirm the correctness of all rental applications • Carry out verifications through email and over the phone • Update customer accounts when necessary • Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and resolve issues • Schedule appointments, ensuring smooth operation of the department • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service • Carry out data entry tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks • Ensure efficient order entry and processing Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating the ability to provide efficient and courteous service. • Previous experience in a call center customer service role is a must. • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences. • Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accurate and efficient input of information. • Excellent email correspondence skills, demonstrating detail oriented and clear communication. • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing versatility in customer interactions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to manage and interpret data. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, demonstrating the ability to create and edit detail oriented documents. • Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars and prioritizing effectively.
