We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to our site in Osasco. The Customer Service Representative will manage and develop the order fulfillment process, striving for excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally the Customer Service Representative needs to support a participative environment by open communication and being an active supporter for a positive team atmosphere.
Performance requires a broad-based knowledge of customer service, order management and supporting systems and processes. Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing concepts are helpful. Results will support company safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Providing a “Unique Customer Experience” to Danfoss Customers/Distributors within the Danfoss Sales Strategies in order to achieve a "Unique Customer exprerience";
Providing the Customers/Distributors with the highest level of support on all aspects from order management (“Quote to Cash”);
Support agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Guarantee a consistently high level of responsiveness to internal and external customers;
Ensure coordination of Danfoss communication to customers/Distributors;
Support the continuous improvement process of order handling;
Partner and coordinate with Danfoss manufacturing sites (BU) to ensure high delivery performance and highest level of customer service.
Background & Skills*Education in business administration
Specialized knowledge:
• Good organisational skills
• Formal commercial training is a plus

• Be computer literate
• Very good SAP skills
• Professional English skills (verbal + written), another European language is a plus
